The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders without stating a reason.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro and include applicable VAT, where required by law.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

4. Shipping

Delivery is available internationally.

Delivery Times

  • Europe: approximately 5–12 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or external shipping providers.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days after receiving the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via email.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit, to the extent permitted by law.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the ordered goods.

We strive to display all products as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.

9. Misuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if there is suspicion of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized use.

11. Applicable Law

The law of the country in which the company is registered shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
