Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Germany & Europe: 5–12 business days

Please note that delays may occur in individual cases, especially due to:

  • high demand

  • public holidays

  • customs clearance

  • external shipping providers

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Partial Deliveries

In rare cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages if products are shipped from different warehouses.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for:

  • incorrectly entered addresses

  • undeliverable shipments caused by customer errors

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • failure to collect the package

  • incorrect address

  • unsuccessful delivery attempt

we reserve the right to:

  • deduct return shipping costs from the refund amount, or

  • charge additional shipping fees for reshipment

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for:

  • lost or stolen packages after delivery

We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • please contact us within 48 hours

  • send photos for verification

After confirmation, we will offer:

  • a replacement shipment, or

  • a full refund
